**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Greenock
You will ensure the safety and security of the employees, visitors, and client’s property on the estate, by maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recording of vehicles to site - registration number and time of arrival/departure.
- Monitor site CCTV and be fully conversant with the CCTV monitoring and recording system on-site and follow up on any alarms that may occur.
- Site door check and perimeter when production not running.
- Completing regular site patrols and inspections of client’s premises in accordance with the assignment Instructions.
- To show a professional security presence throughout the estate.
- Greet visitors with excellent customer service while following security procedures.
- Maintain an accurate record of the daily occurrence book, ensuring that all events are logged correctly.
- To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company’s Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety Management plans.
**About You**:

- Have a good understanding of the Assignment Instructions.
- SIA licensed essential.
- Computer literate.
- Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
- First Aid training is an advantage.
- SIA Manned Guard / Door Supervisor essential
- Own transport advantageous
- Previous experience required
- Must have a flexible approach and be customer focussed
