Job Details GOOSE Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Ground Operations Manager on behalf of an expanding aerospace company based on the South coast.Coordinating and overseeing the airlines pre and post flight tasks, the Ground OperationsManager ensures all organisational and customer requirements are met in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.The Ground Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Ground Ops team in ensuring all aspects of the organisation'sground handling department are fulfilled.Requirements:Driving Licence.Knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulations - CAA, EASA, FAA, etc...Acceptable to the UK CAA to act as the Nominated Postholder for Ground Operations (Form 4).Relevant experience working withina Aviation based Environment (preferred).Safety Management Systems Training (annual).Hold a UK CAA Radio Licence (preferred).Good Aviation Security Awareness.Excellent management skills.Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills - Ability to interfaceand effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent problem-solving skills, utilising experience, sound judgement and interpersonal skills.Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to achieve deadlines.Computerliterate - Use MS Office Software and other Company Software as required.Maintain high levels of integrity, work ethic and confidentiality and use discretion appropriately.Self-motivated, assertive, resilient with the ability to hold their own.Consistentlydemonstrate a commitment to Company values.Competitive benefits are on offer for the right candidateYou must hold the rights to live and work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence andunless you hear from us within 10 days of your application, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
