IT Business Partner
Permanent Full Time 37 Hours per week
Up to £46,549 per annum
Plus a ‘Golden Hello’ one off payment of £2,000*

You will have the opportunity to work with every area of the organisation, using your knowledge and skills to support identification and implementation of solutions that ensure the District Council prioritise digital, making technology a real enabler for our future ways of working and service delivery.
You will build brilliant relationships and gain valuable insight into our IT functionality, working collaboratively and collegiately to deliver on priorities of your role to propel our services forward into the digital age.

Role Insight:

- To develop, promote and support the implementation of corporate and service improvement policies, programmes and projects including service process reviews.
- To be key in developing and delivering the Digital Strategy for the District Council and be a significant contributor within the Leicestershire ICT Partnership (LICTP) on behalf of us, inclusive of relationship management and budget monitoring.
- To support services to understand their challenges and needs [existing and future] and work closely with them, alongside our Transformation and Projects Team, to enable continuous service delivery improvements in collaboration with the wider LICTP.
- To support project boards with the project management framework and be an enabler for project teams in a variety of IT related project-based activities.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
