My client is a Charitable Organisation based in central Leicester, easily commutable from wider Leicestershire and parts of Nottinghamshire. They pride themselves on a supportive, forward-thinking atmosphere that can support you with your career developmentwithin finance.
**Description**
The Finance Business Partner is purposed to provide robust financial and business support to the organisation and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Business and Company Financial Performance. More specific tasks of the Finance BusinessPartner is to:
- Prepare and analyse the monthly business unit financial reports
- Report on detailed Revenue analysis and Financial KPIs
- Developing and reviewing costing and operational models
- Develop month end procedures in accordance with month end timetables
- Develop robust financial controls, improve systems and processes
**Profile**
- Be a part qualified or finalist ACCA/CIMA student
- Have experience working in a busy finance function in a similar role
- Have a good knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles
- Have a problem solving, resilient approach to work
- Be able to commute to Leicester
