**About the role**:
Were looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to come and join our unit in Oxford on a casual basis. You'll work as part of the team in carrying out admin tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.

By working as a Casual/Bank employee you will benefit from flexible hours that suit you, weekly pay and pensionable income.

**About You**:
Ideally you will have strong experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You'll be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

**Main duties of the job**

**Day to day duties**:
Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues, as necessary.

Accurately check or complete BPAS and legal paperwork, ensuring all relevant documentation is available for the clients episode of care.

Monitor, edit and amend appointment list, using as appropriate BPAS booking system, informing clients if changes to their appointment become necessary.

Assist in the monitoring, control and ordering of stock, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare and despatch statistical information and reports.

**We are also looking for**:
Experience of dealing face to face with clients who may be angry or upset, within a care environment.

Knowledge of clerical procedures including checking documentation, telephone, and reception duties.

Good attention to detail, supportive towards colleagues and clients and is an effective team player.

**Salary**: £9.50 - £11.61 per hour

(Depending on experience)

**Shift Pattern**:_As and when required to cover periods of annual leave and sickness in line with business needs. (Clinic is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) More to be discussed at interview._
