**The role?**

We have a vacancy to join our vibrant team. As a Project Assistant you will be responsible for supporting on our research recruitment briefs. You will be screening and managing participants according to our clients briefs, within our ‘Consumer division.’ You will work on a variety of participant recruitment briefs, all different in nature and industry.

We are a business who operates at the forefront of digital innovations - working with high profile government departments and exciting tech clients, as well as digital start ups and agencies. Our client base includes ONS, UK Health Security Agency, the BBC, Ocado, Facebook amongst many many others. We work at the core of key government service design.

We are interested to speak with 'people people' and those with a love for building rapport with people, over the phone.

The role is central Bristol based, offers a great progression and development pathway, and fantastic rewards. We love seeing people a few days a week in the office, but you'll have the freedom to work from home 2 days per week. We also have an early Friday finish, and clock off at 2pm on a Friday - what's not to love?

**Main responsibilities**
- Sourcing participants using internal databases
- Identifying and screening participants according to research briefs
- Screening participants over the phone to assess suitability for research projects
- Providing updates to clients, and building relationships
- Conducting admin tasks such as reporting, managing confirmation and reminder processes for participants
- Participant management

**Key skills required**
- Strong telephony skills
- Administration
- Excellent communication and rapport
- Experience of working to targets or SLA's (these don't need to be financial)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of Word and Excel skill

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
