The successful HR Administrator
- Rewards and Benefits will be responsible for:

- Be the first point of contact for the Rewards and Benefits Team
- Liaise with different departments to ensure that all Rewards and Benefits are administrated
- Assisting the rewards specialist
- Taking part in benefits and salary reviews

**Profile**

The successful HR Administrator
- Rewards and Benefits person will have:

- Previously worked within an Administration role, within an HR function
- Be passionate about rewards and benefits
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills

**Job Offer**

The HR Administrator can expect a salary between £27,000-30,000 plus benefits.
