ICT Reverse are now recruiting for the role of Operations Administrator.

This is a varied role, applicants should be confident in communicating both internally and also externally with Suppliers and Customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Managing Director to give general administrative support where required, composing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Liaise with external Customers to deliver a professional service
- Manage internal purchases where required and follow the correct process to compose Purchase Orders
- Manage business calendar for annual servicing requirements
- Manage Time and Attendance system for employees
- Handle general office duties
- Assist with the management of warehouse equipment contracts

**Essential**:

- Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be flexible and reliable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
