The Compliance Lead will involve building relationships internal to GSK and with external suppliers so that processes are clear, consistent, and collaborative. This role will exhibit key behaviors and communication styles which must be right-sized for stakeholders and project needs so that the individual is visible, present and take controls of discussions, surfaces the issues, and recommends next steps. Additionally, the Lead will serve as key management contact and will be empowered to make recommendations and decisions where required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communication and stakeholder management
- Ensuring the quality, compliance, risk management and data integrity cultures are constantly ‘cared for’ via continuous improvement and an open-mindset
- Proactively creating, proposing and embedding [data integrity] solutions while at the same time be flexible when fulfilling expectations
- Coordinate complex one-line goal/ objective and disaggregating complex concepts and problems into strategic and tactical plans for execution
- Quickly respond to changing priorities with high focus on partnering

**Basic Qualifications**:

- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- BS Degree in a scientific discipline or Engineering
- Experience in and passion for data integrity and data governance
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Quality Management Systems and harmonization of compliance systems
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with third parties
- Understands importance of internal policies required to maintain quality standards and to protect GSK intellectual property
- Experience developing strategies with operational frameworks and creating & embedding new ways-of-working
- Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills
- Experience leading or collaborating with fast-paced cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Ability to closely monitor, engage and communicate progress on daily tasks and responsibilities to Management
Attention to detail, with the ability to operate at both a detailed and summary level, and to put data analysis into context by seeing the bigger picture, to spot trends and extrapolate
