**This is an opportunity to be a key part of our client's team and build corporate security and customer service experience.**

**If you are successful, Securitas will be able to organise all the training you need, including your SIA qualification and licence.**

**Our shift pattern is 4 on 4 off, including days, nights & weekends, working 0700 - 1900 and 1900 - 0700, an average 42 hours per week.**

**Overtime opportunities available.**

This role is City Centre based, so there are great public transport links and free on-site
parking is available, on nights and weekends, along with a discounted rate for midweek with
the BroadMarsh car park. We have extensive on-site facilities, including a free gym

**Interviews will take place via Teams and Face-to-Face.**

**What does a security officer do?**
- Protect life by responding to incidents, keeping our associates safe and reporting issues.
- Protect our property and prevent crime & loss by regular patrolling, CCTV monitoring,
controlling access and responding to alarm activations.
- Provide a reassuring, professional presence with a friendly customer focussed outlook.
- Demonstrates the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

**Essential Skills** **What you will bring**:

- **Right to work in the UK**:

- **Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.**:

- **SIA Licence or willing to attain with our support.**:

- Demonstrable experience in delivering high-quality customer service
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Speaks clearly and fluently
- Keen attention to detail
- Smart and Presentable
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience gained in a Corporate Security environment
- CCTV licence
- First Aid at Work qualification.
