**Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Scrum Master, Associate Director based out of our Manchester, England office**

**We’ll Count on You To**:

- **Agile Coaching and Facilitation**: Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption; organize and lead Scrum ceremonies; facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- **Project and Scope Management**: Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives; ensure progress tracking and communication through Agile metrics; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Coordinate activities with other squads across the program; partner with and support Product Owners and Tribe Leads; participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters; promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.

**What You Need to Have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Experience in coaching and development of squads and other Scrum Masters
- 3-5 years of working experience in various Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, etc.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, a continuous improvement mind-set and dedication to uncovering better ways of working

**What Would Make You Stand Out**:

- Experience in mentoring people
- In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus
- Experience in Behavior Driven Development, Event Storming and User Story Mapping
