**Finance Coordinator (£20,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary)**
Our client is an established manufacturing and maintenance company based near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Finance Administrator to provide finance business support. The Finance Coordinator will reportto the General Manager and assist the operations, maintenance, and technical support team.
**Finance Coordinator - Key Responsibilities**:
- Stock control, including reporting, reordering, and ensuring our client’s customer accounts are up to date and accurate at all times.
- Accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and dealing with any queries.
- Managing a group inbox, ensuring timely replies to stakeholders.
- Where needed, assisting with accounts receivable functions, such as sales invoices and credit control.
- Supply chain and procurement management, including establishing new suppliers and developing existing relationships.
**Finance Coordinator - Skills & Experience**
- Finance experience including accounts payable ideally.
- Knowledge of stock control functions.
- Experience of using Sage Line 50 / 200.
- Have strong administration, organisational and customer support skills.
