**What you will do**:
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our excellent team at our Letchworth distribution centre. You will be responsible for the review and update of current compliance systems with the necessary legislative requirements. You will lead all aspects of and ensure the efficiency of these systems in alignment with the Johnson Controls Management System (JCMS).

As a Johnson Controls employee, you will be required to follow all safety requirements and ensure the highest levels of housekeeping are maintained, as well as embrace the One Team Value as a personal driver.

The normal working hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, which includes a 30-minute paid break.

**How you will do it**:

- Maintain and support a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment for all
- ISO systems Compliance (9001 and 14001 at present, working towards 45001)
- Import/Export Compliance
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Compliance
- Legislative Compliance
- Management of Change (MOC) process
- Internal audit process
- Full adherence to organisational policies and procedures
- Document Control
- Manage and maintain Procedure Process
- Manage the internal audit plan
- Work with, and as part of a team
- Continuous Improvement (CI)
- Actively support and participate in JCI programmes and initiatives
- Drive positive change through behaviour
- Provide Compliance awareness
