**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule service appointments, liaise with customers about vehicle needs, and communicate any necessary work identified during servicing.
- **Upselling Services**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, repairs, or maintenance plans in a professional and transparent manner.
- **Job Progress Updates**: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including cost updates, completion times, and any changes in service requirements.
- **Administration**: Process service documentation, invoices, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
- **Customer Retention**: Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer care and promoting loyalty programs where applicable.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all work is carried out in line with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Customer Service Experience**: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritise workloads.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of automotive systems and services (preferred but not essential - training provided).
- **IT Proficiency**: Comfortable using dealership management systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer concerns effectively and find resolutions quickly.
- **Professionalism**: Friendly, approachable, and well-presented with a strong commitment to representing the Todds of Campsie brand.

**Working Hours**
