If you have answered yes, we could have the ideal opportunity for you. Contract Scotland is looking for an Administrator to join our client for an initial 4 week temporary position. This role offers an immediate start and weekly pay.
You will be office based at our clients office in Newbridge and your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This is a fast paced position where you will work as part of the Sales Administration team, carrying out a variety of tasks including:
- Answering calls and dealing with any queries, requests or complaints
- Dealing with mailboxes and ensuring responses are dealt with in agreed timescales
- Inputting information onto various spreadsheets
- Uploading documents to relevant folders
- Diary management
- Associated administration tasks, as required
You will have good communication skills and administration experience from a previous role. You must enjoy working as part of a busy and supportive team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
