Job Title: Technical Sales Assistant
Location: East Kilbride
Duration: Temp to perm ( 3 months via agency)

**Salary**: 25k
Hours: 8am
- 5pm Mon to Thurs,, 8am-12.30pm Fri
This successful and innovative company that specialises in the design and production of water treatment solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Assistant.
- paced sales and administrative environment with experience in configurable products. Understanding Engineering/ Technical terms relating to equipment and parts.
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Leader, the following is a brief description of the responsibilities pertaining to the above-mentioned position:

- Call management, ensuring customers receive the best quality service
- General Sales administration duties ( Processing quotes, orders, payments, shipments, filing, deliveries)
- Reminders for payment settlements and chase overdues
- Prepare shipping documentation and certification for shipments worldwide
- Work within a sales team environment liaising with other departments internally.
- Reasonable flexibility in working hours when essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload.
- Assist export sales team when required.
- Attend Meetings/Training where required.
- Prepare reports where required
- Ability to understand technical information/parts terminology.
REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

*Strong attention to detail
*Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

*Strong PC skills, experience of Word, Office and Excel
*Previous experience of SAP an advantage
