Digital Marketing Administrator

This role forms a key part of the Digital Marketing team, supporting in executing our digital strategy and ensuring consistency across all digital marketing activities & all online platforms.

Key tasks will include:

- Responsibility for brand web content updates, aligned with business requirements - including but not limited to:
- Promotional content - pricing, terms & conditions, offers
- Hotel requests - change in facilities, opening hours, local events
- Explore-based content and local attractions
- Contribute to and creation of optimised blog and news-related content.
- Changes to the brand proposition.
- Image updates
- Work with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure brand guidelines, formatting and style guides are met consistently across brand web content.
- Provide support to the Digital Marketing Executive to deliver on various campaign project briefs.
- If required, upload new and relevant in-room imagery to support the booking engine journey on brand web.
- Administrative and other marketing duties to support the Marketing Director and wider marketing team as needed. For example proof reading, loading local events onto platforms such as facebook, collating information from hotels for marketing purposes, raising POs and booking meeting rooms.

- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications or digital marketing certifications.

The Location...

This role is a hybrid position combining a mix of office and home-based working commitments with an expectation for occasional travel to some of our UK hotels to attend team meetings.

A typical working week would consist of:

- Two days in our Warrington Head Office
- Three days working from home or in a hotel location
