**Job Overview**
We are a manufacturer of sustainable modular buildings constructing luxury lodges and off-grid cabins for the leisure industry as well as the creation of modular residential homes for self-builders. Our mission is to build homes for the future using green technologies and non-toxic, all-natural materials, creating energy-efficient, healthy living spaces for both people and the planet.

The founders, who have extensive experience in start ups and have a bounty of passion for physical and mental wellbeing, incorporate these values into all of THC Homes designs. As we prepare to open our new showroom and office in May 2025, we are looking to create the dream team who have ample energy, are passionate individuals who will share our commitment to health, sustainability, and innovation.

**Duties**
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and social media.
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media channels using WordPress.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilise tools such as Excel to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials for events and showroom
- Manage SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaigns for better performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, WordPress, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A solid understanding of IT principles as they relate to digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: £24,401.00-£27,028.00 per year
