**What you’ll do**

We’re looking for an all-round administrator to support the marketing department and carry out a professional front of house service at Datel’s Warrington office.

This entry-level full-time role is office-based Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 as part of a reception team of two. You’ll report to the Lead Generation Team Leader within the marketing team and work closely day-to-day with our Receptionist / HR Administrator who delivers a similar role but from within the HR team. This role is about blending your time between marketing administration and delivering reception duties in collaboration with your reception colleague.

You’ll be looking after the administrative duties that enable our marketing function to generate new opportunities - updating our CRM system on marketing engagement such as website visitors, form fills and event sign ups, researching companies and decision makers on LinkedIn, correcting CRM data for reporting, collating reports for distribution, building CRM groups and arranging internal event requirements such as lunches, table bookings and hotel rooms, alongside other administrative duties. To ensure a strong relationship with the marketing function you’ll sit with the team one day per week in the office.

As part of the reception function, you’ll work together and with others within Datel to promote and maintain high standards of health and safety and wellbeing amongst staff, facilitating comfortable and healthy working, contributing to the wellbeing of staff and visitors and to the creation of a positive working environment.

You’ll work with the Internal Communications Manager and be involved in co-ordinating office-based activity and events that enable connection and collaboration of our colleagues. You’ll also support the running of our meeting space; coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring the rooms are always presentable and tidy, and helping colleagues to access lunch orders as appropriate.

You’ll be well organised and able to prioritise your own workload on a day-to-day basis in line with business needs and without daily supervision, including managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and using your own initiative to solve problems

Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be ideal due to limited public transport services to our office location.
