**Regional Service Controller**
Do you want to be an integral part of a successful operational region?
We are looking for a trusted and dependable team player, who can develop this role to provide support to all levels within the region, from Regional Manager to service Specialists.

- Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time
** Reporting to the Regional Manager, key tasks will include but not limited to**:
- Working closely with the RMs/DMs to support our field based staff and both our internal and external customers
- Attend high profile customer meetings
- Manage new customer Rollouts within the region
- First point of contact for all queries, then agree communication and escalation as required
- Manage App compliance and access to portals for the region
- Manage work availability/cover
- Manage Job racks
- Manage Follow ups and trackers
- Minute meetings/HR
- Cover for District Managers
- Assist DM on safety compliance
