**Key Responsibilities**:
Our **Supply Chain Co-ordinator** will co-ordinate factory purchase order placement and associated production receipt and deliver activities. They will also co-ordinate logistics activity, providing replenishment shipment specs, tracking shipmentsand updating the internal database and SAP system.

**Production & Orders**:

- Raising new orders and issuing them to the factory for production
- Timely completion of production receipts, goods receipts and delivery notes when orders are completed
- Liaise with the overseas factory to follow up on bulk and sample orders and receive the production in SAP
- Process operational paperwork from day-to-day work ensuring all time-sensitive tasks are completed on time, in full
- Investigate factory components inventory discrepancies and update SAP
- New SKU set up in SAP as part of project activity to ensure orders can be placed
- Ensure that all production orders have been received and delivered in a timely manner in SAP for accurate month-end financial reporting

**Logistics Administration**:

- Co-ordinate internal shipments from departure in China to arrival in warehouse
- Working with the Head of Operations to confirm shipping schedules
- Raising service purchase orders on SAP for shipments ensuring accuracy for smooth invoicing
- Maintaining status updates on internal database's
- Preparing all customs and export documents
- Sending pre-alerts to third-party warehouses of shipment arrivals and booking slots for stock receipt
- Pro-active communication with freight forwarders to ensure and delays are minimized
- Receive training to provide holiday cover to other team members within the operations department.

**Qualifications / Knowledge**:

- Ideally degree educated
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel but including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of SAP
- Project administration knowledge is desirable
- Shipping and customs knowledge is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Efficient at problem-solving and have a proactive attitude
- Strong commercial understanding and awareness
- Confident in dealing with supplier queries over the telephone
- A high level of numeracy

**Experience**:

- Experience in a cross-functional administration support role in an FMCG company is essential
- Experience in a shipping/ logistics administration role is desirable
- Experience within a warehouse administration role is desirable
- Experience within a stock inventory role is desirable
- Experience liaising with Far East factories is desirable

**Salary & Benefits**:

- £22k-24k per/annum
- Generous Health Cash Plan
- 21 days holiday, rising to 26 days with service
