We are recruiting for a Midwife for Recruitment and Retention who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards “great people, great place”.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Midwife to lead and be responsible for overseeing the preceptorship programme, supporting the transition from student to newly qualified midwife and supporting the integration of new staff members, those returning to practice and early career midwives.

Acting as a role model, you will provide individualised support in the clinical area, offering supportive interventions, participate in teaching and enabling midwives to enhance their experience, build confidence and resilience and establish a strong foundation for their future career.

The role will also include clinical shifts as an integrated midwife.
