We are hiring a new Operations Administrator to join the team in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
In every Sharpsmart plant sits a team of Operations Administrators and they have key roles because without the correct paperwork, the Operational teams aren’t able to service our customers. By producing the correct paperwork, entering information accurately and working closely with our Operatives & Drivers, not only are you providing an essential service for our customers, you’re also making sure our Operational teams have everything they need to carry out their important roles too.
With production and transport teams assist (through excellent planning) and new customers to service, the work days will be busy but rewarding knowing that the work you’re doing is an essential service and vital to healthcare organisations (including the NHS) across the UK.
Your role will involve:
- Accurate data entry & paperwork completion
- Handling queries from internal colleagues & customers
- Generating reports for the Finance & Senior Leadership teams
- Communicating with Drivers, Operatives, Supervisors & Plant Managers on a daily basis
- Following standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
This opportunity is an excellent one for an experienced Administrator who is looking for full time hours, has fantastic attention to detail, a great attitude to learn, strong IT skills (intermediate to advanced excel & use of different IT systems) and experience of managing multiple complex administration tasks on a daily basis.
The role will be based within our Plant in Normanton, alongside a team of x3 Administrators (including a Team Leader) and the working pattern will be 37.5 hours across weekdays (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, including bank holidays).
