**The Role**:

This is a rewarding role based in our busy, central Cardiff call centre; you can expect a friendly and flexible culture synonymous with our proposition to our customers. The role will involve, but not be limited to the following:

- Manage your own portfolio of cases. Ensuring dealers are provided with a professional, efficient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable service at all times in order to maximise recoveries.
- Liaise with dealers and Account Managers to negotiate the repayment of outstanding bad debt liability (however arising) in order to minimise potential losses.
- Maintain a good relationship with field staff and recognise each Account Managers' territory, ensuring field staff are up to date with their accounts.
- Where internal collection procedures have been exhausted, make recommendations for the next course of action.
- Be cognitive of patterns in debit situations, constantly considering appropriate action to be taken through proactively raising conduct concerns.
- To produce weekly and monthly Management Information to illustrate cash collected, accounts worked and demonstrate progress made.
