Care Centre Coordinator

We are looking for Care Coordinators based at our friendly Holes Bay office in Poole during the weekends, mainly dealing with incoming calls from carers and clients. We make sure there is always someone available to speak to our frontline teams and clients Monday to Sunday, and have a variety of working patterns available over **Saturdays and Sundays**: 6:45am-11:45am, 10:45am-6:45pm and 5:45pm-11:15pm. We would be happy to discuss single/split or double shifts. You will be: - putting together rotas - helping Care Support Workers in the field through busy workdays. - You will need patience - the ability to focus on delighting our clients at home - be a great team mate to our carers, who are delivering our ‘Outstanding’ care. The Care Centre team are fun and hardworking, we all pull together on the very busy days - with the help of the sweet treats table, there is always an energetic vibe Our ideal person will be someone who has had experience as a Carer or a Care Admin/Coordinator in any care setting and be positive and enthusiastic for a new opportunity, but we are happy to support those looking to train. There is a need for the post holder to potentially cover the odd care call so a driving license is essential.
