**Who are we and what do we do?**
Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is an independent charity that offers holistic care to local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, and support for their carers. We are now in an exciting new phase of development, taking our services to and nearer to people’s homes. We have moved our new base to the centre of Poole, and are extending services to satellites hubs throughout the locality.

**Experience**
We are looking for a People Coordinator to work alongside the People Manager at our hospice in Poole. You will already have experience of working in an administrative position and gained some relevant experience of working within an HR environment. You will also have some experience of working in recruitment activities and have an interest in developing your knowledge and skills within a generalist HR position.
In this busy role you will support the People Manager with all aspects of administrative and coordination tasks, including maintaining accurate up to date records, in order to support the smooth running of the HR department.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop their skills and career, is a great team player with excellent attention to detail and very good interpersonal and communication skills. You will have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
