Repairs Liaison Officer

**Repair Liaison Officer**

**Locations: Lyneham**

**Salary: £11.05 - £12.02**

**Part-time (minimum 10 hours) (can be flexible to work around your needs.)**

The Repairs Liaison Officer will work closely with the local area managers and supervisors to deliver family facing events on a regular basis in response to emerging challenges on each estate.

Service Family Accommodation is an extremely sensitive area of business that requires a level of empathy but also an ability to be objective to ensure that we can deliver the service that the families need.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Organise local events each week at various locations in community hubs to support families in resolving issues in their homes
- Attend events each week to listen to families and report back on issues/trends.
- Engagement with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to help organise the events.
- Identify any new opportunities for events that may arise.
- Work closely with operational teams to align resource at each event.
- Engagement with the communications and engagement team to produce material that will help support the events.
- Work closely with the NAMS provider to help ensure the success of the events.
- Ownership of delivering the scheduled events.

**Essential**:

- Experience in engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts, deal with surprises and establish credibility with demanding partners.
- The ability to elicit and meet customers’ requirements with empathy and insight.
- Experience in working with Office365
