**Recruitment Co-ordinator - Permanent
**Come and join our busy, supportive, and friendly onsite team at Kegworth.

Reporting into the onsite HR Business Partner you will be a key member of the HR team and support all recruitment activities.

**Specific Tasks within the role**:

- Working with supervisors to understand key role requirements
- Writing and updating recruitment adverts
- Completion of daily recruitment tracking data & KPI’s
- Arranging inductions and first day training
- Arranging and managing recruitment open days
- Identifying and reporting on issues and trends in the local labour market
- Working closely with the onsite HR and Operation Team
- 12 months minimum recruitment experience in a high volume/quick fill environment in production and/or warehouse
- Knowledge of local labour market and UK employment law relating to recruitment practices
- Working knowledge of ATR systems - ideally Success Factor
- To take a proactive practical approach to problem solving
- Possess strong communication and literacy skills
- To be able to remain calm under pressure, be resilient, tenacious, and flexible
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
