**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supporting our Bakery Manager at Bakes by Gina with weekly tasks such as producing our Cake Shop Menu, Answering our Bakery Phone, Booking Customer Orders into our Bakery System, answering enquiries on our social media pages. Completing stockist orders (comparing prices daily), using spreadsheets to display feedback.
- Supporting other management across the businesses, this includes working as part our team which currently includes Bakers, Bakery Assistants, Logistics, Admin team.
- Taking notes, writing minutes up, arranging meetings and organising events / diaries. You may work as a secretary to one of the senior managers within the company. Other tasks may include support to Document Control Processes and HR related activities such as Payroll, Recruitment, On Boarding.
- Creative mindset, great initiative, hard working attitude.
- Can adapt to change, this role would need to be flexible with responsibilities split across supporting the different roles in our business.
- Social media - Being able to take photos / videos of our business in action to be shared on social media.
- Flexibility with learning baking, weekend shifts & holiday cover in the bakery is required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
