Reporting to the Office Manager, your role as an Administrator will be to carry out a range of administrative, analytical duties and specific responsibilities in support of the project team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing administrative duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
- Provide support to senior team members and the wider team
- Being the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Creating documents including spreadsheets and PowerPoint documents as required
- Keeping workspaces, files and information organised and accessible
- Handling basic data entry
- Supporting meetings, events and collating packs as needed
