**Duties Include**
Production Coordination - Reporting to Production Manager & Client Services Manager.
- From client approval to delivery you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, in budget.
- Reporting any potential issues to management and quickly working on solutions.
- A proactive approach to assist with project management to prevent any issues that may arise.
Production administration - Maintaining accurate data on our systems ensuring that all order data, both internally and with suppliers and customers, is up to date and correct.

Stock Coordination & Management
- Ensure all jobs have the necessary stock available to meet project deadlines.
- Managing the delivery of purchase orders
- Ensure stock levels are accurate and updated
- Re-Ordering of stock when required
Dispatch & Transport Logistics
- Ensure transport is appropriately planned, quoted and arranged for all projects.
- Supplier invoices checked against estimated / quoted costs.
- Jobs are promptly booked in and labels generated for each consignment.
- Taking responsibility for all goods / deliveries, ensuring QC checks have been carried out, packaging is suitable and correctly labelled for delivery.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure they are received in good condition - Providing POD information to the client, raising and following up on queries where needed.
Procurement & Administration
- Continuous communication with our suppliers, updating the team on order statuses and ETA’s.
- Firm Relationships created and maintained between suppliers and ourselves.
- Stock forecasting and reporting to head of procurement
- Tendering
Support client services with key account administration.
- You must have an excellent, professional telephone manner in order to support the client services team where needed including communication with clients advising of updates throughout the project.
- Knowledge of the sales process and ability to assist with sales admin where required.
Excellent computer skills - ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use our existing MIS and CRM systems.

Excellent written and spoken English.

A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
