**HR Systems & Data Administrator**
Role Purpose
To effectively and efficiently support reporting for HR Systems to key stakeholders within Greene King. GKi is the master source of all people data and maintenance of data is essential to ensure all downstream systems are continually up to date.
This role will enable Greene King's current and future business needs to be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Ability to conduct initial investigations internally on issues within GKi, then where necessary escalate to line manager
- Assist with UAT with the HR Systems & Data Analyst within the allotted timeframe in the release window
- Assist with Regression test scripts in line with the allotted timeframe for the release window
- Assist with updating the Standard Operating Procedures and maps, as required, following the implementation release
- Review employee data in closed sites
- Review legacy position data
- Assist with basic GKi queries to employees in the business
- PQS Champion for the overall system and reporting for HR Services
- Maintenance of GKi user data
- Carry out daily metrics and assist with periodic metrics which will be presented to key stakeholders
- Telephone queries & Teams calls
- Potential need for data entry & maintenance of HR System (GKi)
- Work on any AdHoc requests/projects where applicable
Person Specification
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well structured, and to have confidence in dealing with all areas and levels within our business in a confidential manner.
- Organised - ability to store data in a confidential organised manner to keep on top of changing priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Issue & conflict resolution - take in information quickly, accurately and work independently to propose solutions to problems.
- Be a forward thinker whom thrives on solutionist ideology
- Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR legislations
- Be a self-motivated individual who can self-manage proficiently
- Be able to react positively, quickly and decisively to any changes to workload and priority
- Strong Excel skills with a working knowledge of Word & PowerPoint also necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Preferable to have experience within a HR environment to understand the requirements and basic structure of an organisation/team
- Demonstrable track record of delivering accurate and timely information
- Ability to present findings logically to enable an informed decision to be made by your line manager
