Head of Group Sales

**The Role**:
Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Director, the Head of Sales is responsible for driving group sales (13+) business across the UK. Each location has dedicated sales teams, and the Head of Group Sales is responsible for the recruitment, training, and goals for those teams and the processes around all group sales activity.
The Head of Group Sales works closely with operations, marketing, and technology teams to enhance the products and packages for groups and corporate business in line with trends in group business and Puttshack guest feedback. In addition, this role seeks to maximise group sales revenue across all locations and implement processes and procedures as the company grows.

**Working Hours**:45 hours per week, shifts between Monday to Friday
**Reports to**:Marketing & Sales Director
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own the group sales model from lead generation to execution and follow up.
- Assist in hiring and training of sales teams.
- Motivate sales teams and monitor all KPIs.
- Assist with revenue forecasting and planning.
- Manage cross-functional projects.
- Manage 3rd party CRM platform (Triple Seat).
- Manage all sales reporting and produce monthly trading pack.
- Review and approve SOPs related to the delivery of group sales.
- Participate in Puttshack Leadership team meetings.
- Create strategies to generate new business using local and national market data.
- Establish relationships with Community Stake Holders.
- Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to drive performance and standards.
- Approve marketing calendar and activity related to group sales.

- Ability to go above and beyond, demonstrating meaningful care in everything you do
- Excellent Excel and PPT skills.
- A high level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and overall self-awareness
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Prior experience as a Head of Sales or Sales Manager in a high volume (£10M+ annual event revenue) restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment.
- Relentless-but intentional-spirit of innovation.
- 5+ Years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience preferred.
- Experience using Triple Seat preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
