Office Angels are currently recruiting for a **Head of International FOB Operations** for our client based **near Camberley.**

**Role**:Head of International FOB Operations

**Salary**: £30,000 to £34,000 per annum

**The Role**:

- Supervise and assist the UK based FOB Sales team
- Understand the whole FOB process from Sales order processing to customer deliveries.
- Maintain and raise new product codes where necessary
- Follow up sample requirements for new and existing products with the factories in China
- Raise factory purchase orders with the China factories for customer FOB orders
- Ensure all packaging requirements are met for new products with the factories
- Work closely with the Artwork team to ensure all correct artwork is sent to the factories for customer orders
- Work with the sourcing team in Hong Kong on factory buy prices
- Providing ad-hoc Sales support and cover as required
- Languages - spoken and written Chinese
- Previous experience is dealing with factories in China
- Understanding of the FOB sales process
- Professional and always maintaining absolute confidentiality
- A can-do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Motivated and takes own initiative
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting systems
