**HR Associate**:
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated HR Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of People UK, Head of People Operations, and the HR Advisory Team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of administrative processes within the People function.

**Skills & Experience Required**

**Business & Technical Expertise**
- Solid understanding of HR cyclical processes and UK employment law
- Familiarity with immigration procedures and regulatory compliance
- Strategic awareness of business goals and HR’s role in achieving them
- Strong analytical and numerical skills applied to HR matters
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Copilot)
- Experience with HR systems e.g. Workday, an advantage.
