**Job Summary**

FiveNoir is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer Service Representatives will do their best to make customers feel comfortable and look for opportunities to mention additional benefits.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Desired Experience and Education**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service representative role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding of basic math principles (probability, ratio & fraction)
- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) with ability to write well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
