Customer Service Representative - Vehicle Acquisition
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize a variety of tools and resources to accurately evaluate vehicle conditions and verify seller information, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both private sellers and our dealership network, acting as a liaison to facilitate vehicle acquisition transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with the Vehicle Acquisition team to identify trends, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and GL Digital's service offerings to provide informed recommendations and guidance to sellers and dealers.

**Requirements**:
- GCSEs or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; experience in the automotive industry is a strong asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to GL Digital's success.
