**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be using your strong FCA regulatory knowledge to provide Compliance advice across this fast-growing Financial Services provider. You’ll provide 2nd line challenge and support to ensure customers are always treated fairly, whilst also acting as theCompliance Lead on internal projects.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll be familiar with providing Compliance Advice within a Financial Services organisation, with the confidence and ability to proactively challenge the business status quo. Any experience of Mortgages, Savings or Lending products would be advantageousbut it’s not the be all and end all

You’ll also have a good working knowledge of the FCA regulatory environment and will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
