**What you’ll be doing**

You’ll be performing thematic and deep dive reviews across the business and across the entire customer journey, based on the latest FCA regulatory themes. You’ll use your investigative skills to identify and scope the impact of any Compliance and Conductbreaches, communicating your findings to a range of audiences.

You’ll be working for a leading challenger Bank that believes in building trustworthy relationships with its customers, whilst also taking career development seriously for all its employees. And you’ll be joining a team of 5 within a larger Compliance departmentof around 50 staff.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll have gained previous experience of conducting thematic reviews within the 2nd line Compliance operations of a Financial Services firm. Alternatively you may have gained audit experience, performing risk-based assurance reviews for Financial Servicesclients.

Either way, you’ll have developed a good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, including one or more of MCOB, BCOBS, SYSC, PRIN and COCON.
