**Compliance Administrator - 12 Month Contract**

AJ Case Management are looking for a compliance in Albrighton, Wolverhampton.

We are seeking to recruit an all-round administrator who is keen to develop skills in the area of Compliance.

- Knowledge of Health and Social care settings
- Understanding of Safeguarding and GDPR
- Can demonstrate a minimum of 1 year admin experience in a fast-paced role

**The working hours are 8.45am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Thursday and 9.00am - 4.00pm Friday.**

**Role and responsibilities Include**
- To develop knowledge of current and proposed legislation and regulatory requirements and good practice, using CQC guidelines
- To work directly with Clinical Team to monitor, maintain and improve CQC compliance.
- Lead on auditing processes to include SRS audits, MAR audits, rota audits, supervision and annual appraisal audits and include findings and recommendations in reports.
- Liaise with Case Managers all audit findings and ensure necessary actions undertaken and ensure receipt of clinical documentation and chasing up as required.
- Prepare all compliance reports
- Manage accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Keeping accurate and up to date records for management reporting.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
