- Liaise with internal customers and sub-contractors
- Deliver exceptional customer service

**What We're Looking For**:

- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service, retail, or helpdesk is a plus, but not essential
- A passion for helping people

**About You**:
**Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required**
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent

**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role**
- Minimum 12 months experience in similar customer-facing role
- Understanding of Help Desk operation
- Customer Service skills
- Keyboard skills
