Loan Operations Manager

This is a newly created role for a manager to come onboard and manage the Loans Op’s team.The role will focus on the full range of loan products including term loans, revolving lines of credit, bridging loans, receivables financing, overdrafts in bothBi-lateral and syndicated loans.

Responsibilities of the role include
- Day to day management of a large Loan Operation team
- Ensure that ongoing client account instructions are implemented efficiently and accurately, and critically, in the best interests of the client and the bank.
- Managing the team on Facilitating loan draw downs, repayments and settlements
- Design, develop and analyse KRI and performance MI for presentation to Head of Loans and other senior stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you must have previous experience managing a loans team as well as strong knowledge of Loan Market Association (LMA) and Loan Syndications & Trading Association (LSTA) facility documentation.
