Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a financial services organisation on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner (TUPE) on an initial 12 month FTC.

This organisation are in the process of a large acquisition, so the main task will be to TUPE in around 600 employees from the acquired business. You will also devise and own the HR Project plan for specific M&A and Change initiatives, ensuring key milestonesare identified and communicated to key stakeholders.

You will have/need:

- Previous experience with Large Complex Acquisitions end to end including integration.
- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to adapt to various environments.
- Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional way.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of UK legislation, policies, procedures, and compliance and practices etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Process improvement and change management skills.

The role will largely be remote, with only 1 or 2 days in their office in London.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000.
