InterQuest Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a HR Business Partner for a multi-award-winning organisation which offers a range of services and products to financial services firms. The role will be based London 2 days per week and home working 3days per week and pay up to £60,000 along with benefits.

Due to our clients ongoing success and future growth plans they have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team in providing a wide range of HR advice and support across all sectors of the business.

**What is expected of the HR Business Partner?**
- Partner with the Leadership Team to set the HR agenda for the organization and then be responsible for its implementation
- Continue the build out of a competitive organization through recruitment, onboarding, employee induction and development.
- Deliver the annual performance management and reward processes as well as supporting managers to manage day-to-day performance issues and increase productivity.
- Help build and maintain a strong company culture as well as continuously striving to improve the employee experience, including a structured approach to employee learning and development and a focus on employee wellness
- Work with the Leadership Team and Line Managers to ensure the organisation has the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives including focusing on succession planning and talent management
- Coach Line Managers on organisation, people and change related issues so that they are able to motivate their employees and lead more effectively
- Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business to deliver its strategy
- Manage a range of employee relations issues as and when required (disciplinaries, grievance, mediation, performance monitoring and redundancy)
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, carrying out general HR tasks and be responsible for all HR records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all laws relating to employment
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices that are aligned to the business strategy

**What we look for in a HR Business Partner?**
- Proven track record of success in a partnering / lead HR position
- Proven capability in influencing and building relationships with people across the business
- Achieved or studying towards CIPD
- Minimum 3 years HR experience,
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and employment conditions to provide advice and guidance to all employees
- Well-developed interpersonal influencing, supportive and empathetic skills
- Ability to confidently offer support and advice to senior management
