**ABOUT THE ROLES**

To help in maintaining a fully efficient and effective team by assisting the client accounting team in daily tasks
- Accounts Administrator
- Accounts Payable Administrator

Both positions are available as part time and full time
- Part time - 25 hours per week - £13,400-£16,500pa
- Full time - 35 hours per week £19000-£23000pa

**SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Updating central tracker spreadsheets and systems for use by the team
- Processing of purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier payment runs
- The preparation and raising of statements, reports, payment packs
- Banking duties; BACS/CHAPS, transfers, reconciliations
- Preparing and transmitting the rental income to the client
- Liaising with asset managers, other team members and clients
- Bank reconciliations
- Client transfers of rental income
- Tenant recharges and refunds
- Car Park Income
- Yearly reconciliation of service charge accounts
- Any other duties that will ensure the smooth running of the Accounting Department.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Maths and English G.C.S.E. A-C
- Good numeracy skills
- IT and software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
