What the core duties of a real estate broker are:

- Find Properties via our vast database of landlords/sellers
- List said properties making them the most appealing to prospective clients
- Receive leads on the above properties
- Arrange viewings and carry them out with expert knowledge
- Receive offers and work on negotiating with the landlord
- Sign contracts between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller.
