**Our client is looking for a Uk based estate agent looking to relocate & live & work in Dubai**

Established in 2009, our client is a leading property services company conducting a traditional UK estate agency standard in Dubai. Your role:
As a Property Sales Consultant your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Conducting market appraisals and valuations
- Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/or tenant/landlord
- Photographing & preparing properties ready for advertising
- Driving license
- To be financially independent to make the move to a new country.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential.
- Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
- Positive attitude with a strong team ethic.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently
- Smart business dress is required at all times.
