**Customer Service Advisor**
We have a great opportunity to join a leading FMCG organisation as a Customer Service Advisor. As one of the leaders in confectionery and pet care, our client are a great company to progress your career.
This position would be based in Waltham and would operate a remote working policy currently, however travel to Waltham will be required in future.
This position offers 19.5 hours per week, to be worked on the weekend and one weekday (most likely Thursday).
**Company information -**
A well known global brand, famous for their confectionery outputs. They are world-renowned in the food manufacturing industry, as well as in the pet care world.
**The role
- **As a Customer Service Advisor you will act as the first point fo contact for customers and communicate day to day supply issues in line with company processes. You will be responsible for reporting on patterns and risk and relaying this back to management.You will need to demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement and always be open to learning and improving yourself and this will be mirrored by our client, who invest in their staff's progression.
**Responsibilities -**:

- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for customers' order fulfilment. You will progress customer orders through from purchase to dispatch.
- You will identify stock shortages and liaise with the supply teams and customers to minimise impact to both parties.
- You will also track patterns and identify risks, to mitigate potential problems.
- You will resolve delivery issues through communication with key parties.
What we are looking for
- An aptitude for systems and previous experience of SAP.
- Customer facing or supply chain experience.
- Great analytical and Excel skills, for reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
