We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administrator supporting our Assessment Centre in Oldham
Greeting call claimants in a professional manner as they arrive, ensuring all needs are catered for and supporting the assessment centre manager and assessors with admin tasks as required.

**Duties include**
- Ensure the reception/waiting areas are fit for purpose & maintained throughout the working day
- Book in claimants & follow identity criteria checks
- Ensure claimants are aware of direction in order to meet the Health Professional.
- Photocopy further medical evidence as and when provided by the claimant, sending to address supplied by customer always ensuring adherence to GDPR.
- Assist claimants to re-arrange appointments should an appointment fail to take place.
- Carry out courtesy calls to all claimants for assessments due the following day, re-arranging to an alternative day if required by either the claimant or the company.
- Responsible for medical & administration stationery ordering and stocktake via facilities.
- Manage the signing in and out register in line with H&S.
- Arrange pre
- bookable interpreters when required and proactively check the system for non-common language requests.
- Book taxis for claimants as and when required.
- Co-ordination of any visitors and, in the event of the fire alarm sounding, ensure a roll call is completed for business owned sites.
- Record call volume MI daily and send to manager as directed.
- Completion of all general administrational duties as instructed by line manager including managing of the PIP admin mailbox as per rota.
- Completion of daily CSAT calls in line with process, completion of relevant documents.
- Complete all mandatory training in a timely manor to ensure compliance.
- Report any issues to Line Manager if any concerns are raised.
