**The Role**

Were looking for a **Buying & Merchandising Assistant** to support our Product and Commercial teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our global accounts.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail and a passion for design are key. Youll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to keep product information, pricing, and stock data accurate and up to date ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly from concept to customer.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Buying & Product Support**
- Support the Head of Product and Buying team with product range planning, supplier liaison, and order tracking.
- Manage product data, pricing, and imagery across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Coordinate sample requests, product specifications, and approvals with Design and Sales teams.

**Merchandising & Reporting**
- Monitor stock levels and forecast product demand to support sales planning.
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify commercial opportunities and inform buying decisions.
- Maintain clear communication with Operations to ensure smooth replenishment and product availability.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product presentations and client proposals.
- Support product launches with accurate data and asset preparation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.

**What Were Looking For**
- Previous experience in a buying, merchandising, or supply-chain support role.
- Strong Excel and data management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with a can-do attitude.
- Genuine interest in design, hospitality, or premium products is an advantage.

- Accurate and timely management of product data and supplier information.
- Strong communication and reliability across departments.
- Improved efficiency and visibility of stock and product information.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and suppliers on collaboration and responsiveness.
